Matt Nedloh is the main character in Tales From Westdale High. The straight man, he seems to question his friend's wacky antics but does little to stop them. He has a typical 00s haircut (Think anyone who works at Hollister with longerish hair) which is brown. He Usually Wears a band t-shirt and skater brand shorts. He is often critical of anything consumerist and commercial. It is interesting to note that his last name is "Holden" spelled backwards as in Holden Caufield from "Catcher In The Wry". This relates to his nature of feeling things are "phoney". Matt's open mindedness often times seems to get him in trouble, as he constantly comes up with ways to make progressive changes in the town. He has a strong dislike for consumerist programs such as TTV programs, and despises Galactix Coffee (despite his girlfriend constantly bringing him there). Matt is based off of Randy Floyd from Dazed and Confused, Houlden Caufield from Catcher in the Rye, and fulfills the role of someone who gives advice and direction.
Nedloh drives a BMW from the early 90s. It is destroyed in the episode "Tammy". In "The River Revival Review Of Matt", he purchases the wreck and gets it restored.
